Meet Rachelle Howell

Rachelle N. Howell received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Kentucky, in 2000. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology. While at UK, she was nominated to the Dean’s List every semester and received the honor of being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest, most widely known honors society. After graduating from UK, Ms. Howell attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She graduated in the top half of her class in 2003.

Ms. Howell has been a practicing lawyer since gaining admission to the Kentucky Bar Association in 2003. Before starting her practice, she worked at both the Louisville Metro Public Defender’s Office and the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

Ms. Howell is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
